XIOS applications target the mass consumer market, i.e., common users that predominantly use their computer for the 3Cs, Communication, Content and Commerce. Power users will appreciate the possibility to install and find new software through the integrated marketplace, the possibilitiy to adapt all software on XIOS for their own needs. For developers, XIOS's integrated graphical IDE and the ability to rapidly develop scaleable applications and communities that may be published on the marketplace provides interesting opportunities. Developers do not have to develop for scalability in mind, XIOS applications and communities scale to millions of users anyway. |  |
